Weight Loss Medication Telehealth Pixel Tracking Investigation

CSK&D is investigating potential class action claims involving a group of GLP-1 / weight-loss telehealth websites that appear to have embedded third-party tracking pixels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and Microsoft) directly inside their medical intake and checkout pages.

Our investigation includes the following telehealth providers:
  • Remedy Meds (Better Life Health, Inc. / Prime Health)
  • Fridays (Thrive Health Group Inc. / joinfridays.com)
  • Remmy (EverOne Health, Inc. / heyremmy.com)
  • Henry Meds (Adonis Health, Inc.)
  • MEDVi (MedVi, LLC)

While patients are completing sensitive medical questionnaires provided on these telehealth websites’ intake page, they are disclosing weight, BMI, medical conditions, medication preferences, and identity information. Unbeknownst to the patient, these websites simultaneously transmit that sensitive data to advertising networks for marketing purposes.

We would like to hear from you if any of the following apply:
  • You visited any of the above telehealth websites to research GLP-1, oral tirzepatide, semaglutide, or other weight-loss treatment.
  • You completed an online intake (including even if you did not ultimately make a purchase)
  • You were logged into Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, or Google on the same device while doing so.
  • After completing the telehealth questionnaire, you began seeing online ads that appeared to correspond to the specific health information, conditions, or medications you disclosed during that intake.
If so, please complete our short, confidential Microsoft Form:
