Dylan Altland

Dylan is an associate attorney in the firm’s Haverford Office. His practice focuses on representing consumers and small businesses in class actions involving consumer fraud, antitrust, and emerging issues at the forefront of modern marketplace and technology-driven misconduct.

Dylan received his law degree from Rutgers Law School–Camden, graduating cum laude. He was awarded the M. Donald Kepner Award, presented to the graduating student who excels in the study of federal jurisdiction. During law school, Dylan competed in the Hunter Moot Court Appellate Advocary program and later served as a teaching assistant on the Hunter Moot Court Board. He also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. In addition, he was a research assistant to Distinguished Professor Allan R. Stein, where he assisted in updating the Wright & Miller Federal Practice and Procedure treatise, one of the leading and most frequently cited authorities in federal practice.

Dylan earned his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where he majored in Supply Chain Management and Business Analytics & Information Technology at the Rutgers Business School. While at Rutgers, he was a member of the Division I Varsity Track & Field team, competing as a decathlete during the university’s inaugural years in the Big Ten Conference.

Dylan has assisted in prosecuting several significant matters, including:

  • Artistic Industries, LLC et al. v. Walmart, Inc. et al., No. 1:24-cv-01044 (D. Del.) (complex RICO action involving systematic triangulation fraud targeting small third-party Amazon sellers).

Originally from South Jersey, Dylan enjoys rock climbing and attending Philadelphia sporting events.
