Volvo Dead Battery – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit amid reports from 2021-2022 Volvo XC60, XC40, 90 series and Polestar owners that their vehicles have experienced dead battery issues.
Specifically, some owners have experienced issues with their car’s battery draining rapidly resulting in vehicle that cannot be started. This can lead to situations where motorists are left stranded by a car with a dead battery.
