Davon M. Gaskins joined the Haverford office of Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith in June of 2023 following a short stint serving in a personal injury practice. His past experiences include serving as a legal intern with two prestigious criminal defense firms in Philadelphia, PA while obtaining his bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. Following graduation in 2015, he joined the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office as a paralegal. In his free time, he’s a father of two and runs a photography business. He also works alongside Philadelphia Parks and Recreation and a local non-profit in efforts to rebuild his local recreation center.

At CSK&D,  Davon’s responsibilities include conducting thorough research on a number of legal issues, interviewing and vetting potential class representatives for active class action cases, and assisting with the work of the CSK&D team, and researching potentially viable consumer product liability class action cases.
