Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action case related to recent warning letters issued by the FDA to various manufacturers of eye drops products citing that their eye drop products  were illegally marketed as treatments for a slew of eye conditions and pose a heightened risk of harm to users.
