Uber Pass Auto-Renewal – Class Action Investigation
CSK&D is investigating a potential lawsuit involving rideshare app Uber’s monthly subscription Uber Pass. Users of the app have been reporting being automatically enrolled into an unwanted subscription for Uber Pass that auto-renews on a monthly and/or annual basis. After being charged for subscription renewal, users also report having difficulty receiving refunds for any of those charges.
