Target – Mislabeled Wood Products Case Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) is investigating potential claims against Target for allegedly misrepresenting wood-containing products—especially Target’s “Threshold” branded line of furniture—as being made from the wrong species of wood. For example, a product (such as furniture, kitchen products, or fixtures ) containing wood may be misrepresented as being made from Mahogany when it is, in fact, made from some other species of wood such as Cherry or Pine.
