Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (“CSK&D”) is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Earl Enterprises following news that it detected a security breach in its electronic point-of-sale machines used at various restaurant locations. Earl Enterprises identified that the breach may affect transactions made by customers who visited various locations of restaurants owned by Earl Enterprises including Buca di Beppo, Earl of Sandwich, Planet Hollywood, Chicken Guy, Mixology, or Tequila Taqueria between May 23, 2018 and March 18, 2019.
