Sears.com and Kmart.com Third-Party Seller Scams  – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating potential scams involving purchases from third-party sellers on Sears.com and Kmart.com.

We are seeking to hear from consumers who may have been scammed after purchasing from these platforms, including situations where:

1.      A product never arrived;

2.      A different product was delivered instead of the one advertised or ordered;

3.      A counterfeit product was received;

4.      A product could not be returned or refunded; or

5.      Anything else suspicious that you believe may have been fraud or a scam.
