Pit Boss Grill Pellet Fire  – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) is investigating a potential class action against Pit Boss relating to a possible fire and safety defect in certain pellet-fed Pit Boss grills and smokers. Specifically, consumers have reported incidents where their Pit Boss grills caught on fire due to excessive pellet accumulation in the burn pot, which spreads back through the auger and feeding system to the pellet hopper.

If your Pit Boss grill has caught fire, we would like to hear from you.
