Onn MicroSD Express Card Failures Investigation

CSKD is investigating potential class action claims against Walmart concerning an alleged defect in certain Onn brand microSD Express cards sold for use with the Nintendo Switch 2. Consumers have reported that these cards fail prematurely, often after only a short period of ordinary use, causing the Switch 2 to no longer recognize the card and resulting in the loss of stored games, downloads, and save data. Consumers also report that replacement cards issued under warranty often suffer from the same alleged defect and fail upon ordinary use, resulting in recurring failures, denied or unanswered warranty claims, possible damage to the Switch 2 SD card slot itself, and prolonged delays in obtaining functional replacements.
