Ninja PossibleCooker Pro Nonstick Coating Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating potential class action claims against SharkNinja concerning an alleged nonstick coating defect in Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker Pro multicookers, including the MC1001 and related PossibleCooker models. Consumers report that the nonstick coating on the cooking pot begins to chip, peel, or flake away from the underlying surface after only a short period of ordinary use, in some instances within the first few weeks of ownership and well within the product’s advertised useful life. Consumers further report that flaking coating particles may enter prepared food, that the exposed base material affects cooking performance and cleanability, and that replacement units and warranty exchanges may exhibit the same alleged defect.
If you purchased a Ninja PossibleCooker Pro or other Ninja PossibleCooker model and experienced chipping, peeling, or flaking of the nonstick coating, we encourage you to fill out the form below.
