Mercedes C300 Engine Failure – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating a potential class action related to reports of engine failure problems with certain Mercedes C300 models. Specifically, vehicles experiencing the reported engine failure problem will suddenly lose acceleration and enter into limp mode, an occurrence posing a serious safety risk for motorists. The only warning drivers have is the check engine light usually comes on right when the car loses acceleration.
