Jenn Air Double Oven “F2E1 Error Code” – Class Action Investigation
CSK&D is investigating a potential class action against Whirlpool/Jenn Air concerning potentially defective control panels installed on Jenn Air Double Ovens, Single Wall Ovens, and Oven Microwave Combos. Consumers have reported that certain Jenn Air oven models may experience control panel failure and/or display an F2E1 error code. The F2E1 code is typically displayed when a button is stuck and/or there is a short circuit in the control panel. This potential defect can cause the device to not function and/or malfunction. Consumers report even after replacement or repair of the control panel the issue persists.
We have expanded the investigation to include Jenn Air Oven Microwave Combos and Single Wall Ovens with model numbers starting with JJW2 or JMW.
