Jenn Air Double Oven “F2E1 Error Code” – Class Action Investigation
CSK&D is investigating a potential class action against Whirlpool/Jenn Air concerning potentially defective control panels installed on Jenn Air Double Ovens. Consumers have reported that certain Jenn Air oven models may experience control panel failure and/or display an F2E1 error code. The F2E1 code is typically displayed when a button is stuck and/or there is a short-circuit in the control panel. This potential defect can cause the device to not function and/or malfunction.
