Jeep Wagoneer Power Steering & Braking Failure – Class Action Investigation
CSK&D is investigating class action lawsuit concerning reports that 2022-2023 Jeep Wagoneer vehicles can experience power steering and braking failure while vehicle is in operation. Specifically, some owners have reported that the car’s electrical system can completely fail without any forewarning resulting in both the loss of power steering and braking. On busy roadways, this kind of sporadic shut-down of critical diving features may pose a serious safety risk to drivers and others on the road as the car’s steering and braking functions in these instances become uncontrollable.
