Jeep Grand Cherokee Transmission Shifting Defect- Class Action Investigation

Jeep Grand Cherokee Transmission Shifting Defect – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating reports that certain 2014-2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles exhibit transmission shifting issues. Vehicle owners have reported that the JGC will occasionally not shift out of first gear when accelerating, or that it will downshift incorrectly, resulting in high RPMs, hesitation, and/or loss of speed and power. This may be the result of a transmission defect in certain Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles. CSK&D is investigating these issues and evaluating potential class action claims on behalf of JCG owners and lessees.
