GE Profile Dishwasher Melted Spray Arm Investigation

CSK&D is investigating potential class action claims against GE concerning an alleged defect in GE Profile Dishwashers. Consumers have reported that the heating elements in certain GE Profile Dishwashers melt the plastic water spray arms (“spray arms”), which can cause flooding in the consumer’s kitchen. Consumers also report that replacement spray arms often suffer from the same alleged defect and also melt upon ordinary use.
