Cuisinart Single-Serve Coffeemaker – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action related to reports that Cuisinart single-serve coffeemakers fail to dispense coffee without leaking water everywhere. Specifically, it is reported that when a user tries brewing a cup of coffee that water begins leaking and splashing everywhere rather than dispensing a single stream of coffee. This problem has been reported for the individual single-serve brewers, as well as the combo machines that also includes a 12-cup carafe coffeemaker alongside the single-serve brewer that is K-cup compatible.
