Court Grants Preliminary Approval of Rolling Stone Lifetime Subscriber Settlement

The settlement resolves claims brought on behalf of consumers who purchased lifetime subscriptions to Rolling Stone magazine and later stopped receiving physical copies.

What the settlement provides
Eligible class members may be able to receive:

  • Resumed delivery of the print edition of Rolling Stone for the remainder of their lifetime, if requested.
