Counterfeit Health & Beauty Products on Walmart.com  – Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating reports that counterfeit health and beauty products have been sold on Walmart.com.

Tests by trusted labs and brand owners have shown that certain products advertised and sold through Walmart’s website were not authentic. These counterfeit items may look real, but they often do not contain the same ingredients, quality, or safety standards as the genuine products. Consumers who purchased them may have been misled or put at risk.

Products identified as counterfeit include (but are not limited to) popular items such as:

• Sol de Janeiro Cheirosa 68 Beija Flor Perfume Mist
• Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Serum Duo
• Lancome Absolue Rich Cream
• Clinique Smart Clinical Repair Wrinkle Correcting Eye Cream
• Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate Moisturizing Face Oil Serum
• Neuriva Plus Brain Health Supplements
• URO Vaginal Probiotic
• Alastin Skincare products (including Restorative Skin Complex, HydraTint Pro Mineral Sunscreen, and Regenerating Skin Nectar)
• Transparent Labs Creatine HMB
• Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Dew Drops
• Immuno 150
