Bestway & Coleman Power Steel Above Ground Pools – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against Bestway based upon allegations that their Power Steel Above Ground Swimming Pools are defective and/or prone to premature rusting. These pools are also sometimes sold under the Coleman brand name. Specifically, reports indicate that the steel frames of the pools begin to rust after a year or less, even though they are advertised as being rust and corrosion resistant.
