BerryDun Data Breach – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action relating to a data breach incident involving Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC (“BerryDun”), an accounting firm based in Maine.
Specifically, it is reported that BerryDun was informed by one of its vendors Reliable Networks of Maine, a network maintenance and monitoring company, that an unauthorized party had gained access to its network and had accessed data stored on its system between September 12, 2023-September 14, 2023. Data compromised may have included , but not limited to, the following: name, address, driver’s license card information and/or non-driver identification card information.
