Apple iPhone 15 Pro & 15 Pro Max Overheating  – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit related to reports that both the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max suffers from an alleged design defect that can cause the phone to overheat. Specifically, it has been reported that the newest line of iPhones, featuring the new A17 Pro chip,  an overheat when playing games, watching video content, or even while charging. The phone will become too hot to hold for any length of time. There have also been reports of the battery life being rapidly drained whenever phone heats up too much.
