Amazon Subscription Auto Enrollment  – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner Donaldson-Smith is investigating reports that Amazon engages in deceptive and/or misleading schemes in order to enroll consumers into unwanted services and/or subscriptions and make it difficult to cancel.   These subscriptions included but not limited to: i) Amazon Prime; ii) Prime Video Channels; iii) Amazon Music; iv) Kindle Unlimited; and v) Subscribe & Save for eligible products. The FTC recently launched an investigation surrounding these issues that is pending at this time.
