Amazon Fresh Subscription Unannounced Delivery Interruption – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit related to reports from Amazon Fresh grocery delivery subscribers that delivery service to their addresses is no longer available.

Amazon recently announced the immediate closure of all Amazon Fresh store locations as part of a company restructuring. At the same time, Amazon claimed that online delivery service would remain unaffected by these closures. However, many subscribers to Amazon’s delivery service are finding that delivery time slots are not just unavailable, but that the website is now informing them that their addresses are no longer eligible for the service. Amazon has not sent affected subscribers any notice informing them that it would begin curtailing delivery service in certain areas.

If you are a current Amazon Fresh subscriber whose address is no longer being serviced by Amazon Fresh grocery delivery, please fill out the form below with details of your situation.
