Neiman Marcus Data Breach – Class Action Investigation

What Happened at Neiman Marcus?
According to recent news reports, an unauthorized user gained access to Neiman Marcus’s SnowFlake account, the cloud storage that the company uses to store voluminous amounts of customer and employee data. The hacker claiming responsibility has boasted that the large cache of data involved includes approximately 31 million customer profiles. The customer data compromised as a result of the breach may include, but not limited to, the following: names, email address, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman gift card information, transaction data, partial credit card numbers, and the last four digits of social secuirty numbers.
