Meta Business Account Termination Withholding Payouts – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action lawsuit related to reports that small businesses and merchants who use Meta Ads and/or Meta Products (including Instagram and Facebook ad accounts), have had their business accounts terminated or suspended after Meta identified suspicious activity or a cyber-criminal attack tied to their accounts. It has been reported that these small businesses and merchants have had payouts due to them withheld by Meta and have been unable to reinstate their business accounts resulting in lost business and revenues.
