Apple HomePod Mini Connection Issues – Class Action Investigation
CSK&D is investigating a potential class action cases related to reports of connection issues with both the Apple HomePod 2 and HomePod Mini smart speakers. Specifically, owners of these smart speakers experience intermittent wi-fi disconnection issues, causing the smart speaker to become unusable. In other instances, the HomePod will randomly connect to an entirely different wi-fi that disables use of the Apple Home features such as checking temperature and humidity levels in your home or using Siri voice command.
