2022-2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Electrical Failure & Battery Drain
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential class action lawsuit regarding severe parasitic battery drain and recurring electrical failures affecting 2022–2026 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles.
Consumers are reporting that their recent-model Jeep Grand Cherokees suffer from a severe parasitic drain issue (Ignition Off Draw, or IOD). In affected vehicles, internal computer systems fail to enter sleep mode when the engine is turned off, rapidly draining the 12V battery. These incidents result in complete electrical failure and no-start events after the vehicle sits for just a few days, often requiring repeated battery replacements early in the vehicle’s life and causing a loss of critical safety and convenience features.
Affected Vehicles May Include:
- Jeep Grand Cherokee (2022–2026)
- Jeep Grand Cherokee L (2022–2024)
If you own or leased one of these vehicles and experienced recurring dead batteries or repeated electrical failures, please fill out the form below.
