Sears.com and Kmart.com Dropship/Drop Ship/Drop-Ship Scams – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating potential scams and unlawful practices involving drop-shipments of your products and/or listings of your products by sellers on Sears.com and Kmart.com without your authorization.
We are particularly interested in hearing from Amazon sellers and other legitimate e-commerce businesses who have experienced:
1. Being scammed by a dropshipper / drop shipper;
2. Discovering your Amazon or other e-commerce listings copied and resold on Sears.com or Kmart.com without your authorization;
3. Your products listed by a drop-ship seller with no inventory or right to sell;
4. Asking a seller to stop infringing sales of your products but the seller continued;
5. Submitting copyright, trademark, or intellectual property complaints to Sears.com or Kmart.com, but no action was taken; or
6. Any other infringing, fraudulent, or suspicious conduct involving your products or listings that you believe may be relevant.
