Roomba Melted Charging Contacts- Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating potential class action claims involving iRobot Roomba vacuums and Clean Base charging stations that may suffer from defective charging contacts. Consumers report that charging contacts can overheat, arc, spark, and melt the surrounding plastic, causing charging failures and requiring repair or replacement.

If you own a Roomba j-series, Combo j-series, or another Roomba model and have experienced melted charging contacts, charging base failures, sparking, overheating, or related charging issues, please fill out the form below.

This is a questionnaire created by the law firm of Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP (CSK&D) to investigate potential claims related to this alleged product defect. Your answers will be screened, and you may be contacted if your responses match certain criteria.

When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
