Replacement Car Tire Antitrust  – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential antitrust class action case brought on behalf of purchasers of replacement tires who paid heavily inflated prices for tires manufactured by major replacement tire companies including Good Year, Michelin, Bridgestone, Continental, Nokian and others. These major replacement tire manufacturers allegedly colluded to inflate replacement tire prices in 2021 and 2022 at a time of industry-wide inflation brought about by supply chain issues caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.. As those supply chain issues began tapering in 2023 and inflation began to lessen, the inflated prices of replacement tires held steady.

If you purchased replacement tires from any of these major manufacturers in the past four years, please fill-out the form below with your details.
