Ninja DualBrew Coffee Maker Clog Defect Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating potential class action claims against SharkNinja concerning an alleged clog defect in Ninja DualBrew coffee makers, including the CFP101, CFP105CO, and newer CFP150 models. Consumers report recurring clogging, excessive steam during K-Cup brewing, failure to dispense the programmed brew amount, and coffee grounds spraying around the brew basket, often after only a short period of use. Consumers further report that the De-Clog Tool supplied with the machines does not resolve the issue and that the same defect recurs in replacement units and newer models.
If you purchased a Ninja DualBrew coffee maker and experienced recurring clogging, excessive steam, coffee grounds in your cup, or failure to brew the selected amount of coffee, we encourage you to fill out the form below.
