Lenovo Legion Go BIOS Update Bricking Systems Class Action Investigation

CSKD  is investigating potential class action claims concerning reports that BIOS update N3CN42WW caused certain first-generation Lenovo Legion Go gaming handhelds to become unusable. Owners report that after installing the Lenovo-issued update, their devices experienced black screens, boot failures, unresponsive controllers, degraded performance, or complete system failure. Lenovo subsequently removed the BIOS update from its support website, but some affected owners, particularly those whose devices are outside the one-year warranty, reportedly have been required to pay substantial repair costs.

If you own or previously owned a first-generation Lenovo Legion Go gaming handheld and experienced a black screen, boot failure, controller malfunction, degraded performance, or another problem after installing BIOS update N3CN42WW, please fill out the form below with details of your experience.
