Kia Telluride Braking Failure – Class Action Investigation
CSKD is investigating a potential class action lawsuit related to braking problems in 2020-2024 Kia Telluride Vehicles. Reports indicate these vehicles may suffer from a braking system defect stemming from the master cylinder. As a result, the vehicles are prone to hydraulic braking failure. This can result in a “spongey” feeling in the brakes as well as complete brake failure. Some customers report that the defect can manifest while the vehicle is in operation and presents a significant safety issue. If you bought or leased a 2020-2024 Kia Telluride and have experienced issues with the brakes please contact us below.
