iPhone 15 Pro Peeling Rear-Glass Panel – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating a potential class action related to reports that certain Apple iPhone 15 Pro phones were allegedly manufactured with misapplied rear-glass-panel adhesive. The adhesive, which was applied to the back of the phone to adhere the rear-glass panel to the titanium casing, appears to ooze or seep out of the back of the phone. Some consumers report that the seeping adhesive renders the iPhone 15 Pro susceptible to contamination, water damage, and other issues.

If you purchased an iPhone 15 Pro that has experienced oozing or seeping adhesive, we would like to hear from you.
