Home Depot – Mislabeled Wood Products Case Investigation
Home Depot – Mislabeled Wood Products Case Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) is investigating potential claims against Home Depot for allegedly misrepresenting products containing wood as being made from the wrong species of wood. For example, a product (such as furniture, kitchen products, wood deck tiles, or fixtures) containing wood may be misrepresented as being made from Mahogany when it is, in fact, made from some other species of wood such as Cherry or Pine.
If you have purchased a product containing wood from Home Depot that you believe has been misrepresented, we would like to hear from you.
