Frigidaire Professional Refrigerator Inconsistent Temperature Defect  – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of purchasers of Frigidaire Professional single-door refrigerator models affected by an inconsistent temperature defect in the fridge section of the refrigerator.  These refrigerators are promoted by Frigidaire as having an EvenTemp Cooling System that promises uniform temperature control. It is reported that the fridge can experience an issue with inconsistent cooling that results in ruining any food or beverages put in the fridge. The temperature remains inconsistent at different levels of the fridge resulting in the temperature going above 50 degrees Fahrenheit at the top sections of the fridge and temperatures dropping below 40 degrees Fahrenheit towards the bottom of the fridge.
