Ford Mustang Mach-E Trunk Flooding/Leaking Investigation

Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP is investigating a potential class action lawsuit regarding a suspected defect that can cause water to accumulate in the rear liftgates of 2021, 2022, and 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E vehicles. Owners report repeated incidents of opening the rear hatch and water pouring out. Owners also report water leaking into the trunk of their vehicle. The problem may relate to faulty sealing around the tail lamps and other entry points on the rear liftgate.
