Ford Mustang Mach-E Battery Overheating – Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating a potential class action case concerning reports that 2021- 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E carry risk of overheating. After the battery overheats, drivers have reported the vehicle stopping suddenly. The owners have also reported some issues with slow charging.

The Mustang Mach-E is reported to have the same battery and set up as the Chevrolet Bolt EV which has been reported and recalled over similar issues.
