Crate & Barrel – Mislabeled Wood Products Case Investigation
Crate & Barrel – Mislabeled Wood Products Case Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith (CSK&D) is investigating potential claims against Crate & Barrel for allegedly misrepresenting products containing wood in two ways.
First, CSK&D is investigating claims against Crate & Barrel for allegedly misrepresenting wood-containing products as being made from the wrong species of wood. For example, a product (such as furniture, kitchen products, and fixtures) containing wood may be misrepresented as being made from Mahogany when it is, in fact, made from some other species of wood such as Cherry or Pine.
Second, CSK&D is also investigating claims against Crate & Barrel for allegedly misrepresenting wood-containing products as being constructed with the wrong type of wood. For example, a product containing wood may be misrepresented as being solid wood when it is actually constructed from particle board.
If you have purchased a product containing wood from Crate & Barrel that you believe has been misrepresented, we would like to hear from you.
