Court Grants Final Approval of $45 Million Walmart Groceries Settlement

July 1, 2024 – The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida granted final approval of a $45 million settlement between Class Members and Walmart, Inc. The Settlement provides for cash payments to eligible Settlement Class Members who submitted timely and valid claims.
