Chevrolet Silverado & GMC Sierra Fuel Injector Defect – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action related to reports that 2022 Chevrolet Silverado, 2022 GMC Sierra, 2022 Chevy Tahoe, and 2022 GMC Yukon vehicles, and potentially other models, suffer from a fuel injector defect. Specifically, it is reported that these vehicles can experience fuel injector failure leading to vehicle running roughly and triggering a check engine light on the car’s dashboard. Due to both nationwide supply chain issues along with a purported high incident rate of the issue, owners or lessees with cars having fuel injector issues are forced to wait weeks, or even months, for replacement fuel injector parts to become available. There is no guarantee that the replacement fuel injector part will necessarily prevent further fuel injector failure incidents.
