Cadillac Toe Link Adjustor Recall – Class Action Investigation
CSK&D is investigating a potential class action lawsuit against General Motors surrounding reports that certain 2010-2016 Cadillac SRX Crossover and 2011-2012 Saab 9-4x vehicles experienced consequences of improper tightening of the toe link adjuster on the rear suspension. Loose toe links can cause instability while driving, especially at highway speeds. This often results in suspension issues and problems steering, which can potentially lead to accidents and towing expenses.
