Apple Vision Pro Cracked Screen – Class Action Investigation
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith is investigating a potential class action case related to reports that the Apple Vision Pro headsets can develop a crack on the device’s front-facing screen. Specifically, it is reported that that the screen can develop a crack without the headset having been dropped or mishandled in any way. Some affected owners have even had to pay out-of-pocket for repair costs as Apple is supposedly denying warranty coverage for the issue.
