Alibaba Class Action Submission Form
Chimicles Schwartz Kriner & Donaldson-Smith LLP has filed a class action lawsuit concerning Alibaba’s Trade Assurance and Alibaba Guaranteed programs, Cobb v. Alibaba Group Holding Ltd., No. 5:26-cv-05292 (N.D. CA). The lawsuit alleges that Alibaba advertised refunds and other protections for problem orders but did not provide that relief to certain customers.
We are currently looking to speak with a California resident who purchased a product from Alibaba.com for personal or household use and experienced a missing, incomplete, damaged, defective, or incorrectly described order. We would also like to hear from customers whose refund or buyer-protection claims were denied or left unresolved.
