Shimano Bike Crank- Class Action Investigation

CSK&D is investigating a potential class action case concerning reports that bike cranks on Shimano brand bikes have been breaking.

If a crank breaks, a rider’s leg can get injured if they make contact. They can also lose control of the bike and potentially be injured. In 1997, Shimano recalled around one million cranks over a similar issue.
