The Chimicles firm is investigating complaints that certain Jeep/Chrysler/Ram vehicles with Uconnect 8.4 infotainment systems suffer from a defect that causes a continuous back-up Park Sense tone. This constant beep noise reportedly can persist until the radio fuse is pulled from the vehicle to force a “hard restart.” Chrysler is reportedly aware of the issue but has failed to fix the problem.
