2010-2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Transfer Case – Class Action Investigation
CSK&D is investigating reports that certain 2010-2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee vehicles may have defective transfer cases and/or transfer case modules. Vehicle owners have reported transfer case malfunctions, hard shifting, and warning lights, including “Service Electronic Stability Control” and/or “Service 4WD,” along with jerky movements at slow speeds, the vehicle being stuck in low 4wheel drive, engine stalling and/or stopping during operation.
CSK&D is investigating these issues and evaluating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of JCG owners and lessees.
