Winnebago 30T Drifting – Class Action Investigation

Chimicles & Tikellis is currently investigating a potential class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers who purchased or leased a Winnebago 30T motor home.  It has been alleged that the Winnebago 30T suffers from a design and/or manufacturing defect that makes the 30T prone to drifting and/or wandering when being operated at high speeds.  It has been further alleged that Winnebago is not offering to repair or replace the defective parts when consumers notify them of their vehicle drifting and/or wandering.

If you or someone you know purchased or leased a Winnebago 30T and has experienced the vehicle drifting and/or wandering while driving at high speeds, please use the “Email us about this Case” button to contact the attorneys below.
